Repeated frontpage errors

I have just moved over to Jodo and am moving my domains across but am encountering a continuous pattern.

90% of the time a frontpage contact form will error when used after being published to jodo. I try fixing FP extensions etc but no good. I have to log a ticket and get it fixed.

This is getting tedious for every new domain I put up.

Any idea why the forms do not just work without support intervention?
 
Please ensure you have the reply-to and from addresses set in control panel for Frontpage.
Now the problem I have noticed mostly is that Frontpage needs an SMTP for these forms. Hsphere by default uses your mail server IP. But the mailservers doesnt allow relaying without authentication, causing error with Frontpage. We need to set it to localhost manually to correct this.

You can avoid this by using an asp/asp.net/perl/php based contact form where you have complete control.
