Reseller client support

Just signed up for a reseller deal just yesterday and noticed a thread in the Chit-Chat forum about Jodohost considering picking up tickets for reseller clients. How has this evolved? Has it become another excellent service that Jodohost offers?

After all, it's a decisive issue for some people when selecting a host.

This is a service we will be implementing in the next 3 to 4 weeks. We are designing a new support system to allow our customer support team to quickly and efficiently address reseller customer issues

While on the subject (a bit), how do I, as a reseller, send in a ticket? The tickets that I send in end up in my own ticket system I've tried sending both from the administrative account and from the service account. The service account should end up in my ticket system, if everything works the way I see it, but the administrative (the main reseller account) - shouldn't the tickets sent in from that go to Jodohost?
