Just signed up for a reseller account and paid via PayPal - unfortunately it said something 'XYZ Failed' and 'Account being created' at stage after the login creation for the HSphere control panel.
Anyway, I receive the introductory email with the PayPal payment link, I've made my payment - and click continue which redirects me to this page.

Which didn't do anything, anyway my transaction ID is 20X83229E7656694T - is my account still being setup? I'd check out the Reseller "Buy Now" process - it's either broken or will appear to be for many customers.
