Hi!

I'm new here and i found some ways to improve the service. I read through the reseller step-by-step which is more a setup guide. I read through the HSphere manual which is all about the CP. What i'm missing is the info that i need to give the customers. E.g. in case of webmail, what URL does it have? I know now that its the same host address as the pop and smtp server. Same for stats. Where are they accessable? FTP i found out by just trying.
I think it would be good to have a sort of reference guide which service sits where when you configure this-or-that service.
Same for the billing. How does this work? Am i notified when i need to pay my monthly, quarterly, yearly fee again or is the service just stopped and my account suspended because i didn't realize that it was the end of the month again?

Just simple things like this. Maybe they are on the web somewhere, but i haven't found them (yet?).

I'll take a look at it and copy what i need for my customers.

Still i think that all info should be on one place. As i'm a newbie on this, i just comment what a newbie has to go through to get things going. Not that it's that difficult, just sharing experiences to improve the service.

The Help page is a very centralised source of all help documentation and the link to it is emailed to you during signup along with a link to the reseller step-by-step guide
