Hi, I have tried to log 2 callstoday through the cerberus area but none have been logged into my tracker and I havent had any conifrmations that you have received them,.


I have resent them to ResellerSupport @ jodohost.com but again no confirmations that you have received them etc?
 
There are some issues with the Ticketsystem and we are working on it. Should be up soon.
 
Hi Tanmaya,

Tried opening tickets today and same problem.
I got the confirmation emails though but even after 2 hours of logging the call, i'm unable to see it in ticket history.

I tried logging off, clearing cookies and temp files and later logging in. Still no luck.

Tried using diff browser.. but no luck

We got 2 tickets from your side. We replied both of them.

As per ticket system issue, Please send a mail on resellersupport\@/jodohost.com (Withour "\" and "/") with reseller account user name and password. We will check it.
