resource limit warnings

can some please explain these 2 items, taken from the resource limit warning email notification:

Windows Quota user:XYZ has used 197.69 MB out of 200 MB limit Summary quota account:111111 has used 213.18 MB out of 200 MB limit

197MB would be your web server usage while 213MB would be your total usage including website and email
