A planned server migration will start from Wednesday night and should be completed by Thursday morning (2/19/2003 - 2/20/2003). We have taken measures to ensure zero possible downtime within this period. However, sites may be unavailable for short intervals during this period. We will be utilizing special TCP proxy scripts that will run on the old servers, after all content has been migrated, to make sure that any client requests to the old servers will be forwarded to the new servers. This means that you should not have issues with sites not resolving during this move.
It is requested that on Thursday morning, all customers check their Control Panel. There they will find new IPs for their name servers. If the customer is using a dedicated IP, that IP would have changed too. Customers MUST update their name server settings for their domain name by Thursday.
