Servers seem slow

Is there anything that can be done to make the servers faster? It doesn't feel like Duel Xeons at all. I guess it might be that the server I am is heavily populated. Is there anything that can be done to ease the load? It takes way too long to load up even small images.
 
Most of the sites I regularly check on win5, win7 and win8 are loading very fast and they are all dual xeons..

if its taking way to long to open small images, then it has nothing to do with the server at all.. It would be with your ISP's connection to us ...

You can write a small script to calculate the processing time on your page.. If that processing time is higher than 1 or 2 seconds, then there is a problem on the server side and we can look into it for you. But otherwise its most likely an issue with your connection to our network. Try using a different ISP or connection
