setting up clients/accounts/users -best way?

I am fairly new to Jodo and am working out how to best setup the 50 domains I host.

Some clients want FTP or frontpage publishing access while a lot do not and I manage them directly. My plan was to just keep all clients under a couple generic user plans that I manage.

The question is can I have FTP for clients to access their domains within my generic account or would they see other domains as well? Can I have individual FTp within a plan/user?

I had thought of making a user per client (and having to pay $0.50 per extra client) so they are unique and can also lodge support but decided to try and do it they way I mentioned above.

How have others handled this?

Hi, under linux plans you can setup sub FTP accounts in each user account. That would allow you to give separate login details for each user.

In Windows, we manually setup sub ftp accounts based on user request. Just put in a ticket
