I have submitted two tickets to the helpdesk to enable asp.net 2.0 on watertownaudiology.com but I'm not sure the tickets are really getting through.
I've submitted several tickets in the past and they are always completed within an hour. It has now been several hours and still nothing. Whats worrying me,is the tickets don't show in my Open TIcket queue. So I'm not sure they are really getting submitted.
Any help on this would be great.
