Shared Balance credited to Reseller account?

I'm ready to move to a reseller account, since I've got a couple of customer who'd like that I offer them a shared hosting.

I'm wondering whether I'll lose what I paid for my shared plan - I've just paid a few days ago for 6 months, so the question is: as soon as I close my shared account, will the credit moved to the reseller account?

If yes, do I have to do anything or is it an automatic process (after I open the ticket asking to move my shared account to reseller)?

It is not automatic, billing dept will need to process the credit but we will be happy to do that for you!
