I'm getting very dishartened by jodohost - So far I have been unable to launch my site because of all the issues I've had - This really is not way to run a company. Now my shared SSL isn't working. I've raised a ticket only to be informed that the cert isn't installed on the server! What the hell is this company playing at. Surely all the servers should be pre configured with all the services that they say they offer. So from the 25th August I have been unable to offer any website reselling. I sincerely hope I get a refund for the amount of time I have been unable to use this account properly (and hopefully not have to email the accounts dept, begging them).
