Shared SSL - 3 days and still not fixed

I'm getting very dishartened by jodohost - So far I have been unable to launch my site because of all the issues I've had - This really is not way to run a company. Now my shared SSL isn't working. I've raised a ticket only to be informed that the cert isn't installed on the server! What the hell is this company playing at. Surely all the servers should be pre configured with all the services that they say they offer. So from the 25th August I have been unable to offer any website reselling. I sincerely hope I get a refund for the amount of time I have been unable to use this account properly (and hopefully not have to email the accounts dept, begging them).
So to the directors out there - get yourselves sorted out! This is getting beyond the joke now. I'm so glad you're making money BECAUSE I MOST CERTAINLY AM NOT!!!!!

All servers have shared SSL installed on except WinCF (which is a new server). We are having issues getting it installed because our private key apparently seems invalid. If we can't get this solved today, we'll get a fresh Shared SSL certificate issued.

We appologize for the inconvenience. However, this make take another 1 or 2 days to solve from the current moment
 
We'll definately waive your monthly fees considering some of the configuration issues you faced

Most of our resellers have a trouble-free experience setting up their accounts and getting things running. Unforunately, that has not been the case for you.
 
Please can we get this problem sorted out.

My ticket has been closed but the problem is still there, with no SSL certificate installed on WINCF.

This is really unacceptable.
 
pelfed, if you need Cold Fusion MX, you can request your account to be shifted to Win6 and you can use Shared SSL from there. If you dont need it, you can make a request to move to Win5

WinCF is the only server that doesn't have shared SSL working and I can assure you we should have it installed shortly. We need to work out a couple of issues with the certificate authority
