Shared SSL Request

I'm already request Shared SSL so long already but that time my site was on Win 1 and there is some problem cannot be activate but today my site on Win 5 and I make a request again about 5 hours ago but until now my tickets haven't reply and my shared SSL URL still pointing to old IPs 66.235.181.250

My Tickets No : 6399

Hopely Jodo Team can look into this problem ASAP... :D
 
Yes, there is a problem with activating shared ssl on new accounts and PSOFT is looking into it.. thats why you didn't receive a reply, as soon as the issue is corrected (another few hours at the most), we'll update you
