Signup to Plan

Ok - I'm new to all this.

I have created a reseller account, reseller admin etc etc. Been through all the step by step guides to create plans etc.

I am now testing the plans. I have created a Windows Plan and included/activated everything (Except Service Domain) It is a plan I am going to use personally for a few of my own sites.

When I go through the signup process I get to the end and receive an error, subsequent attempts to sign up I receive the error "The previous request for the user creation has been locked in"

Anyone got any ideas? ?(

That account should have been activated. Do a blank search to see if it was created.

If not, go to signup > moderate and activate it.

If you can't find it there, submit a ticket and we'll look into it
 
Thanks for the quick response.

Found the account waiting to be moderated. Tried to accept it but got another error "Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified"

Did you enable cold fusion on the plan?
If so, disable it.

If you want to enable cold fusion, ensure you have configured the plan to the cold fusion server group
