One of my sites was hacked yesterday. I submitted a ticket and was told yesterday at 6pm that someone would "update me soon", but haven't heard anything yet. I have asked what the status is, but haven't received any response on my ticket.
I really want/need to know how the site was compromised, so I can do whatever needs to be done to make sure it doesn't happen again (if it was my fault).

It's a Sunday evening right now. These hacking investigatings are handled mostly by Stephen or Prakash (windows) and Tanmaya or Deepak (linux). You'll get a response with some information on this by Monday. You can request your website to be restored, and that would be done within 30 minutes.

99% cases of hacking are due to vulnerability in scripts. If you are using 3rd party scripts, we recommend you update to the latest versions of those scripts. We will go through the logs though and help you pin point whats responsible
