Site Studio down for 3 days

I have submitted a trouble ticket but I am not getting any response so I have resorted to posting on this forum in desperation.

When I click the Site Studio icon in h-sphere I get this error "HTTP Status 404 - Servlet psoft.masonry.Builder is not available".

My customers are not happy with me, so please could you look into this?

Can someone tell me what is happening?

We have been working on some very serious security issues on the server site studio is hosted on. Some of the security changes are restricting SiteStudio. We'll be fixing thta within the next few hours

We are sorry for the inconvenience. But we unfortunately give security the highest priority at JodoHost

Still waiting for the problem to be fixed, but at least I know what is going on.

Please could you ask support to respond to my trouble tickets and keep me posted. It is frustrating when everybody goes silent on me. I understand that these problems happen, but please tell them not to feel the need to keep it a secret.

Yes, we tried to get sitestudio to work today but weren't.
We have a ticket with PSOFT on this issue and they should be able to resolve it shortly
