hi, wondering what is the deal. I just purchased 6 months usage. I'm a brand new customer, never used jodohost.com as a service before. Seems every couple of hours the site is down for at least 10-30 minutes. Is this normal here?
 
I'm pretty sure this is propogation related. There has been no issue on your server for the last 3 weeks
 
yes i did recently change dns. i was thinking that, however, i don't completely understand the propagation routine. I was thinking, once i can see it, I would be able to see it from there on out. However, I do know I may take several different routes to my site, so maybe some routers don't have the right info. Am i correct on this? Maybe i'm answering my own question, i don't know. heh.
 
Once you point your domain to our name servers, it takes 72 hours for those new dns servers to propogate around the world. During this period, you will experience this issue (site up, site down, site up....). This is quite normal

But once propogation is complete, you should enjoy your hosting experience
