Sites Down - can't find support

We've had several sites down now for going on 16 hours... nobody is answering the phone, chat doesn't connect, and your support ticketing system is down.

Seriously, what is going on?!

Ticket system login is the only thing not working, all else is working.

The ticket via email is working fine.

Chat is working, but we are busy, same for phones.

We've resolved most of the DNS issues that were making sites down since there was a migrator mixup.
