sites down - tickets not showing in helpdest

Hi I tried to put in a ticket ( a couple of times) in the reseller help desk as instructed in the network status forum post, but the tickets are not showing up there at all even tho no error message is generated

anyway, all my sites using:

ns1.virtualdivas.com
ns2.virtualdivas.com

are down, no ftp, email or anything, thanks, megan

Some resellers are down due to an IP issue. Will be resolved in under 30min.
