I have a site on 64.71.228.180 which is not responding; it's just hanging there.

This has just happened; the chat system on Jodohost doesn't work so I can't get in touch with anyone to talk about this.

I can't access the outages forum on this site to report it either.

If someone sees this, can they do something about it!
 
We didn't notice any issue from server side and even no other client has made ticket or complain about the same.Please open a support ticket mentioning domain name, concern person will check your issue on priority basis.
As for chat system, it is also working normal and many clients from different parts of world are chatting for their respective concern.
