slow on support?

Hi Stephen et al.,

i have gotten used to the speedy response times i get on my reseller support - usually within minutes whatever i write about is answered. :thumb:

but with the VPS, support seems to be way way slower (unless you are on shift!). i would have thought that VPS customers get just the same or even better support, no?

sometimes it can literally take hours or more to get a response
(currently waiting 6 hours since my previous email on a topic)

Your ticket is already replied to. We had a large queue on support desk. We always try to respond as soon as possible.
 
Issue was also that this requires a senior admin to handle.

I've been handling a number of server builds and repairs.

BTW I am never on shift, I am simply always on, just not always on tickets :D
