SMTP Authentication

We have enabled SMTP authentication on our SMTP server. This has been done to ensure higher reliability while sending emails through our email server. POP3 before SMTP will not work now and you'll get a "Relaying by this MTA is not allowed" error message. To correct this, you need to enable SMTP authentication from your email client for your email addresses. To achieve this in Outlook, do this:

1) From Tools > Accounts, select properties for the desired email address
2) Change to the Servers Tab
3) Under Outgoing Mail Server, check "My Servers Requires Authentication"

You should be able to send emails without a problem after that
