Some customers had problem sending out mails using aspmail from the mssql server. We now have the alternative - third party software XPSMTP which works perfectly.
We have installed the respective dll for XPSMTP. To send out mail, make sure you use the host as localhost and not mail.<domainname>
Additionally, we now are scheduling MSSQL jobs on customer request
