Some more questions

After i replied to another message, i thought of a question or two that i need answered.

I know that as a reseller i'm responsible for the content that my customers will be uploading, but say i miss something and someone uploads content that is in violation of your policy what steps will be taken?

Will you notify me and ask me to notify the user to take the content down?
Will there account be suspended and i'm notified?
Will this reflect badly on me and my relationship with JodoHost?

Just some questions i need answered before i move forward with my hosting business.
Thanks.

Richard M.

as before im not with regards to jodhost (not speak as from them).

but from what i have read, depending on the serverity of the incodent and repeatedly happening.

jodohost will, either contact you to take action, or if bad enough suspennd the account and notify you.

if it keeps happening they will then concider if you should have an account with them.

(please note this is what i think happens) i would like to know if this is the case?

There is alwasys a possibility that you as a reseller is not aware of what the content your client is loading. Specially if your client base is big.

But as Emagine has mentioned, First we ask our reseller to take action against his client. If he fails then we are free to take appropriate action at our end.

To go a bit further than Ravi, if the client site or spamming is putting everyone on the server/s in a potentially dangerous situation we will sometimes suspend the site then notify the reseller.

We really prefer to handle most issues direct to the reseller however.
