Some pending Tickets

Hi,

I know that win2 kept you guys pretty much bussy on top of all customer requests.
But if you don't mind, can someone please take a look on my tickets.
None of those schould be too challenging but I haven't gotten any responses back so far.

I re-created those tickets in Cerberus - thanks for your answer.

Can the Ticket-Option within H-SPHERE be disabled, or even better rplaced with a linkt that points to Cerberus?

It is replaced with a link to the new helpdesk. I am surprised you were even able to submit to the old ticketing system. Can you PM me your username please.
