Something strange with WebShell on web5

None of my clients hosted on web5 are able to use the WebShell file manager. They all show "0 bytes in 0 file(s)". At the bottom of the screen the quota displays "QUOTA OFF". Clients on other servers are OK. It's just web5.

I have logged a ticket, but so far it isn't showing in the Open Ticket History, nor have I received an email acknowledgement, hence this posting. If someone from Jodo support sees this, please check it out. Thanks.

Have just received email notification: Ticket ID: FLS-19752-328, but still not showing in Open Ticket History.

I have also just discovered that ftp access for clients on web5 results in no listing of files.

Oops. My ftp client had slipped out of passive transfer mode. So ftp is working. However WebShell is not.

It looks possibly like some permissions error maybe from the updates done(not sure, we are checking further) you didn't mention the sites being down so I know files are there and its not totally empty :)

Ticket is here in queue and being worked on as well.

clients' user names and account IDs are listed in the ticket. Files are definitely there - just not showing in WebShell.

Ticket still not showing up in Open Ticket History. Never had that happen before..... ?(

Any progress?

We have corrected webShell issue. Infact yesterday's update removed some packages which are needed for webshell to run,we have to reinstall them.

Thank you. It appears to be working fine. Unfortunately I can not update the ticket as it still does not show up :(

Your ticket was updated since you replied by email. The ticket history issue is due to your possible change in contact email. If possible please PM me the email address that was previously listed in contact info.
