I've had two tickets 43107 & 43109 open for ten days without any feedback....

Can someone get onto this please.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Your tickets actually never reflected in our ticket queues, until we digged them out. We have already requested psoft to fix this.

We will reply them as soon as possible.
