Spam / Viruses

Hi!

All of our customers are getting a large amount of spam / viruses since we switched hosting to your firm.

I noticed that you were working on a solution to this problem in early March and said it would be two weeks.

It has been a month since I saw that thread, so what is the status of this problem?

Yes, we will definately be having an anti-spam and virus solution up by end of this week, or early next week

sorry, maybe I should have asked in the Email support thread, but whatever

Is there any way we can administer the filters out self, do you have to do it or are they common on all domains?
 
As I explained, anti-virus protection would ensure that you dont download infected attachments

The spam protection system would only mark suspected emails as *SPAM*. You could then configure outlook to filter these emails to your trash can
