Hi,
I generally wait until the first service pack to arrive before upgrading SQL but I wanted to put a bug in you guys ears to see if you have tried this yet on a VPS instance?

I know it requires .NET runtime 3.5... Will this be an issue?

It will be an issue on virutozzo, but it runs great on Hyper-V a number already running it there :)
