SSL certificate installation

To Whom It May Concern:

I understand Jodohost has grown alot since last year, but as anyone I do not want the run around. I need a solution to my problem.

I have been trying to get a renewed SSL certificate installed for two days. Each time there is an excuse. You need to get the other company to install it (well since they do not have access to your server), here read these instructions (which were of no help), you already have an SSL certificate installed (hsphere) not the one we sent JH. I tried the control panel and it has install or upload buttons and yet when you press upload there is not box to select a file.

The ticket number is PCZ-97670-989.

Please help......

TrueBlue,

You don't upload a file, open the file in notepad and paste the cert details.

Stephen,

I checked it again and it shows issued by HSphere and issued to another cp.domain.com than ours.

So apparently there is some corruption on the JH server.

I checked and saw the SSL details, it is showing your cp details as listed in the ticket, and issue by starfield(godaddy)

Seems I checked this before Yogesh had replied, but after he had fixed, and it worked right away for me!

Hey,

I just checked it a minute ago and it says issued to cp.intern*****ls.com which is not our domain and issued by HSphere.

Last Edited by Stephen: reason - privacy of domain

As Yogesh said in the ticket, you are getting another cp because it is a new IP address for the CP SSL.

Now the SSL for the control panel is working correctly.
We have customer whose SSL just expired.
It was www.secured.domain.com. When I went to the control panel to generate a CSR for them it only shows secured.domain.com. How do we generate a CSR for a the subdomain preceded by www?

Thank you in advance.
