SSL Help for a relative noob

I've got a noob question for you all, but help would be greatly appreciated!

I am currently moving a secured e-commerce site over to my reseller account and I'd like to make sure its SSL Certificate remains in place when hosted with me. I've never done this before, so could somebody possibly give me a walk-thru on how to transfer that over?

I am unable to create turn on Shared SSL in my admin area. I get this message: "SSL cannot be added because there are no shared IP tags available" (I have a support ticket in about this...what should I do?)

Also, in the CP SSL Manger, I get this message:
"CP SSL Manager
HTTP SSL support is unavailable on this CP.
Contact your hosting administrator to change settings. "

(I have a ticket about this as well)

Thanks in advance for any help!

From my own limited experience I am pretty sure that you will not be able to use the other ssl cert over here. I am pretty sure they are machine/server specific. When they are created a key is created by the specific machine and the ssl cert key has to match that machines key to be installed. There is a real name for the machines key but I forgot what it was. ?(

As far as your problem with the shared ssl I couldn't activate mine either with that same message.

Regarding both your problems:

1) Shared SSL: You are trying to enable shared SSL on your DNS zone. For that, you need a wildcard certificate. If you have one, we need to do a custom setup for you. Otherwise, you can enable shared ssl on the m****here.biz zone. We already have a wildcard certificate for this and resellers are free to sell shared ssl from this certificate to their customers

2) One of our admins will be replying to your ticket shortly
