SSL Question

I am looking at buying an SSL certificate for one of our clients and was wondering if the Turbo SSL from GoDaddy is what I should go for or do I need one of the more expensive certificates? Will there be any trouble installing these certs on the domain?
 
It will function but a high assurance is always preferred when money is involved.
 
One last question, and you might not know the answer...Can I register the certificate for the client or will they have to get it themselves? I'd like to just be able to build it into my price and do it for them.
 
It would be BEST in their name, yes you could do it with the TurboSSL, but your name(business) etc would be on the cert for the time it was there.
