I'm getting error messages when I try to access my stats (both Webalizer and AWStats):
Contact the Web site administrator if you believe this directory should allow execute access.
HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied.
That's the Webalize error message, AWStats brings up a different error messge, but basically it's also saying that cgi scripts can't be run.
This is a domain hosted under my reseller plan, on a Windows plan. Other domains are fine (although I have not checked them all yet).
Can I fix this from either the domain control panel or the reseller control panel? I didn't see any options that looked immediately promising...both stats are turned "On" in the control panel, clicking the icon from there brings up the same error message.
I'm fairly certain that turning stats "Off" and then back "On" will erase the compile stats - I defintely DON'T want to do that, if I can avoid it (I really need the stats from January and February),
Is this something I would have to submit a support ticket for?
I did browse the directory of the site, and I can see the Webalizer directory and there are files inside (.png's and .html's), so it looks like the stats are there.
Thanks in advance!
Michael
