Still problems after Control Panel Maintenance

Yes, there are a few customers who were not able to access the control panel after the HSphere 2.4 upgrade. About 5 or 6 I believe.

The problem should have been fixed after we converted the database to UTF format but it hasn't. Psoft is logged into the server and is working on the issue
 
Hi Yash,
I cant log into either my reseller account (or a clients account.) Subsequently I cant issue a ticket. Are both resources out for a while, or just my account?
