Subdomain as a New Account

Hello,

Cheers for doing a great job with the introduction of Hsphere 3!
I have a few questions:

1) Is it possible to have a subdomain (e.g., sub.domain.com) and to point it to a separate account? How would you configure the servers?

For example, I would like the domain.com to sit on a Windows account so that I can use SharePoint services - and sub.domain.com as a Linux account so that I can install SugarCRM, etc.

2) I am having problems enabling SharePoint services from within the Control Panel (internal error comes up). I have posted a ticket already but could you advise on the prerequisite steps required for a smooth deployment?

1. The subdomain is it part of an existing domain or part of your service domain?

2. sharepoint is not supported yet, we are setting up special servers just for sharepoint.

Thanks for your response.

The subdomain is a part of an existing domain. I have solved the issue by registering a new third-level domain from the admin console.

As for the sharepoint - this is pretty exciting. Hopefully, we will be able to play with the latest version?

Right now, it only supports sharepoint 2.0 sp2, not sharepoint 3.0.

Obviously we would prefer 3.0, but it does not work at this time

This will be coming on a server dedicated just for sharepoint soon, I don't have an exact date yet but the server is ready to go now, and I will be working to configure, test, and prep this for a public release in the next week, and some time after that it will be out.
