Submit ticket?

To send us a support ticket, login to your Hosting Control Panel and select New Trouble Ticket from following links:
Shared Hosting Customers: http://cp.jodoshared.com:8080/
Reseller Hosting Customers: http://cp.m****here.biz:8080/

Ok having a problem creating a account so logged into cp & created a tcket. But I think I have submitted this ticket to myself?

Where are the links in my admin cp? Only one could find are under ticket administration...
 
We need to update that for the net url, login at:
https://cp.m****here.biz

Use your main reseller username and password, am submit a ticket from there(it will automatically go to the "login" screen, don't click to login)
 
You have to make your tickets from your reseller Control Panel. As you log in you are going to found following items on the menu.

" Info ResellerUser SupportCentre Billing Logout"

Choose "Support Centre" and click on "Make a Ticket"

Every ticket you submit to us is acknowledged back to confirm its receipt.
 
No, we are talking about your login with us. The link I gave is of the account that you have with us. If still it make any problem, use Live-Chat (www.jodohost.com) to contact sales.
 
Yes, Tickets submitted from here only (by resellers) are reflected in our ticket system.

BTW, I wanted you to contact Sales.
 
For others:
The link info/change url...in the menu does not apply to the resellers jodohost account cp url.
