Submitting Trouble Ticket (I oughta know this)

Okay - I haven't submitted a trouble ticket before - I can usually find the answer in the manual or this forum; but...

How do I submit a trouble ticket as a reseller for my account or any accounts that I'm hosting? Do I have to submit the ticket from my administrative account? the service account? the customer's account?

It seems that when I submit a ticket it goes to my administrative account (even when I submit the ticket from WITHIN the admin account). So, how do I submit a ticket that leave MY system and goes to the JODOHOST support system?

I know I should already know this; but - call my silly.
