Support CP Account

When we originally set up our reseller hosting the step by step instructions tell you to create a Technical Support account for built in ticket support. Now that we are on anon support do we still need that account? Just frees up another CP license.

you'll have at least one account that you use to manage your customers, like approve clients and create plans etc

but if you have a second for answering tickets then yes, you can delete the support account to free up CP accounts for more customers

as stephen said, you'll always need at least one admin account.. obviously to manage your hosting reseller business
