Hi

is there any issue in Support Dept ?

We are NOT getting any replies for the tickets submitted.

Is it holiday there ?

No issues, in fact all but 5 tickets have been replied and they are being worked now, if you have a specific ticket ID let us know.
 
That ticket was replied in less than 10 minutes, there are not files there ;)

also this is IIS7, so you can change some in web.config file for showing errors if you wish.
