Support Ticket system not working

We are facing transient problem with cerberus ,So clients may not able to submit a ticket ,
So we request you to join us via live chat for the solutions of your issues.
 
Issue with again cerberus licenses.
and it will likely be 8am PST before resolution and we are working on alternative options.
 
Webgroup Media/CerberusWeb is still not in the office and we have left a number of mails since 3am, along with called numerous times since 8am PST, it is coming up on 9am now and hopefully they will reply ASAP with a full non expiring license as they have promised many times in the past.
