Support to customers?

Hi!

I?m still planning to open a reseller account, but have questions how to best handle support to my customers, before my final desicion if I should choose jodohost.

I read somewhere here at the forum that you were planning to give support to the customers under a reseller account. If I have a value account you should give support for free for my first 15 customers and so on...
Have you implemented it yet?

Otherwise, how do I best handle support to my customers? Do you have a support ticket system, or should I give support with email?
 
We should be in a position to provide client support to resellers by mid september. The pricing structure hasn't been decided yet but it'll probably be free for your first 15 customers and a very nominal monthly fee for each extra.

The control panel comes with a ticket system through which you can handle support for your customers.
