Is there a holiday today?

I put in a ticket (#HNY-26387-295) and no response after a couple hours.

I tried live support but no response after 45 minutes. Click to close the chat and an error was generated.

Please help.
 
no holiday, just servers decided to make us play ghost busters :(

I am checking on live support issue though, as that is not right and did not see someone on hold this long so checking into it.
