Support?

Whats up with support lately. I tried to submit 2 tickets no luck they never even show up in my ticket list, or no email confimation, I emailed support with no answer, I talked to live support and the person just stopped responding. I need to have asp.net 2.0 enabled on a domain.
 
No i dont use Firefox. How can I fix the ticket issue? I dont see my tickets in open or closed tickets.
Oh and that still does not explain no one answering my email either. I've never had a problem in the past with support, but this has been a nightmare.
 
ASP.NET 2 enabling is a very easy thing for us to do, it surely would not be ignored or passed off :)

can you PM me where you are emailing to? You can also always use helpline .at. jodohost.com and it will come to all managers.
