Suspended Account Help

I tried emailing support but it replied with "email support is no longer available use the ticket system" but my account is suspended so I can't open a ticket in HSphere.

The problem is I sent out a newsletter to 600 members of a website yesterday, and today my account was suspended for spam. Then I found out today you have changed the SMTP rules to only 50 emails per day and so the account must have been tagged as a spammer for the 600 emails. I sent newsletters before with no problem until now.

Can you please re-enable my account ASAP - I will not exceed the 50 email per day rule in the future. I will use Bravenet for the newsletters.

We only suspend an account if we receive multiple SPAM complaints from SpamCop or other sources and you do not respond or the spam is of serious nature

We do not suspend accounts for sending more than 50 emails/day. That is simply a restriction to prevent spamming and any customer can have that restriction removed by filling out a mass-mailing forum. So sending 600 emails a day is absolutely no problem. But if those emails are unsolicited, it is a problem
