suspended - spam????

i just got 2 clients suspended due to spam, thats what the auto email said.
i cant beleive this is done without consulting with me first - ESPECIALLY seen as we all know that there's been issues with spam and blick listing for nothing recently.

am i the only one?

I emailed you. We suspended 5 domains today. 2 of those domains belonged to your account. We have received many spam complaints about them. If you want more info, respond to the email I have sent to you email address.

You should be thankful we only suspended your clients, most hosts would suspend the entire reseller account.

As you know, spamcop has been recently blacklisting us based on Spam complaints. We are acting on information provided to us by SpamCop and have taken this step to ensure our IP doesn't continue to get blacklisted and protect our customers from email issues
 
I have.

The complaints are from reliable sources and have been come in multiple times in the last few weeks
 
this is the first i'm hearing of it.
pls send full copies of emails and complaints (without the email of who-ever reported it) so that i can forward to clients.
 
received only one for each domain. doesnt tell me much, and definitely doesnt seem like much.

but i have sent them onto the clients and await their comments too.

The nature of the email looks quite unsolicited to me. We at Jodohost only act on complaints, and if we don't act on such complaints it can cause our IPs to get blacklisted
