Some parts of network is not accessible externally. We are looking into the situation and will post an update soon.

We have a switch that had gone down and not coming back up after a reboot even, we are working to resolve this.

We have tried all possible, and have a tech enroute, we will work to bring the switch up manually or change out to spare equipment which is available.

We have the live chat accessible on www.jodopulse.com, the one on jodohost.com is down due to the script image being served off a server on the switch that is down, once this issue is resolved this will be evaluated and rectified.

The switch we were trying to fix is completely dead. We are working on deploying and configuring spare switches as soon as possible.

The other switch is mounted and being switched on the ports to the new switch now.

Servers are starting to come up now, we will be working to bring any up that do not come up here shortly.

Mysql2 is up, which many were inquiring about, wincf is up, there are several others up as well, however some still down and we are aware of it. The main page livechat is also UP for some time now.

ok update from the datacenter, there was an extended time, and continues to be for a few servers as the old switch had to be fully removed before putting the new switch in, making a need to remove all ports, remove switch, the mount and put the new switch in, it wasn't as simple as placing the new switch in the rack and moving the ports as we'd hoped, the open slot was not deep enough for the new model switch that has a full length switch chassis.

We are working to configure the VLANs on some remaining ports now as well, we will update ASAP.

The control panel is now up as well.....which I know many people have been asking about.
Most servers are up, there are a small handful of servers and cluster2 servers that may not be, and we are working on that now. To get their vlan's configured and working properly.

Winvps3 is down, win13 is down, CL2-MySQL2 will add to list as I see and we work to bring up.

Edit: CP is not allowing login we have just learned and working on that matter as well.

winvps3 and win13 are up now....CP is also working for some time now.

With the resolution of CL2-MySQL2 we are resolved now, and will begin post move checks, plans, and prevention measures.
