The processor says it was not successful, I saw a little detail of the content and I think I know what is happening, you are seeing the charges, but they are not real charges they are what is known as "AUTH" it is a precheck to see that the amount is available. I am not sure at this time why it is not working. Billing Department has a ticket in, it had 4 possible causes for why it did not work, that doesn't help us narrow it down much.
