tech support notified

recently we had a database attached to website become inaccessible.
Control panel showed cannot load database users tech support notified. We were also unable to add any users.

We all see the "tech support notfied" from time to time
(at least I hope im not the only one that see's that message ;))

my question is who gets notified?
parrallels,jodo or both and does tech support respond to these notifications?

tech support sorted the issue really quickly so this is not a complaint about tech support.
 
ok what it means is....
Hsphere creates an internal ticket that is lost in the netherlands :D Not really, it cna be found but the hsphere ticket desk is rather hard to pick out a single ticket when you get more than a few, so we don't use it.

However it is good for a point of reference, if you submit a ticket we can then do a lookup or duplicate the issue and get the internal error and why it happened.
