Tech Support Tickets

For some reason, I am getting Support tickets generated to my main account. They do not go to Jodohost. Isn't it possible to have tickets pushed to Jodohost? Or will they always come to my reseller account?

if they are going to your reseller tech support desk, it means you are not sending from the proper location, you will need to login to the cp at https://cp.m****here.biz and use your main billing/reseller login, from there submit a ticket and it will go to us properly :)

I just logged in to my main reseller account and it submitted a ticket to me.

It is #380924

Well, at least it looks like it went to me. :-\
 
yes, that ticket ID is the incorrect format, it will be in the form of abc-345-23134 most of the time, sometimes there is a slight variance in that pattern.
