It is Diwali, the Indian festival of lights on Friday, November 9. We will be running on minimal staff during this period (November 7 - November 10), with most of our lead staff on holidays. Sales and Billing staff will continue to be available through this period.
Our US staff will be covering most of the support operations during US day hours. Our priority will only be emergency tickets during off peak hours, and others will be handled based on criticality of the issue. We will be back to full strength on Sunday, November 11.
